Refund policy.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

Every digital product on OEFR Digital is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product does not do what we said it does, email us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no forms, no interrogation.

Pre-order guarantee

When you pre-order an upcoming product, the listing displays the promised delivery date at checkout. If we fail to deliver the product by that date, you are entitled to a full, automatic refund — you don't need to ask. We'll process it within 3 business days of the missed deadline.

How to request a refund

  1. Email oghenetejiri@oefrenterprise.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
  2. Include the email address you used at checkout and the product name (or Stripe receipt number).
  3. We'll reply within one business day confirming the refund and the processing timeline.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe or Gumroad). Funds typically arrive in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We have no control over this part and cannot speed it up.

What falls outside this policy

  • Refund requests more than 14 days after purchase (unless covered by the pre-order guarantee above).
  • Claims of a “change of mind” after active, documented use of the product (e.g., filing tax templates with the IRS, running the SaaS tool in production).
  • Requests where the email / Stripe record cannot be matched to our sales log.

These exceptions exist to prevent abuse. In practice, we approve nearly every refund request made within the 14-day window. If your case falls on an edge, email us and we'll work it out.
